By creating an account or using FounderOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use FounderOS.

FounderOS uses large language models to generate strategic suggestions, summaries, drafts, and recommendations. All AI output is informational only.

AI responses are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI output.

AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Always verify critical information with qualified professionals before acting on it.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to reverse engineer the platform, abusing rate limits, or using FounderOS to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal material.

You retain ownership of the content you input. You grant FounderOS a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

Failed payments may result in suspension of Service access until the balance is resolved.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FounderOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

FounderOS, including its name, logo, design, software, and all underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal or security risk for us or other users.

Upon termination, your access will end and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period, except where retention is required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
