Account information: your email address, authentication identifiers, and any profile details you provide (founder name, company, goals, focus, avatar).

Workspace content: tasks, notes, chat messages, and other content you create inside FounderOS.

Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, timestamps, and anonymized interaction events used to operate and improve the Service.

To provide and personalize the Service, including remembering your founder context across sessions.

To secure your account, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

To communicate important product, security, and billing updates. We do not sell your personal data.

FounderOS sends prompts and relevant workspace context to large language model providers in order to generate responses.

Your content is not used to train foundation models. Providers process data under enterprise agreements with no-training and limited-retention terms.

AI output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying anything you act on.

Authentication is handled through industry-standard providers with secure session tokens. Passwords, when used, are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest. Database access is protected by row-level security so each founder can only access their own data.

We follow least-privilege practices for internal access and continuously monitor for suspicious activity.

You own all the content you create in FounderOS. We act as a processor of that content on your behalf.

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deletion requests are honored within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

We use a small number of essential cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme.

We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics, where present, is privacy-respecting and aggregated.

We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to operate FounderOS, including cloud hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, AI model providers, and payment processors.

Each vendor is bound by a data processing agreement and processes data only as needed to deliver the Service.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses.
